Korowai Console – an elegant console, made of walnut wood, with glass or green marble option on the top, dazzles in interior designs in which it is introduced. This memory takes us to Papua New Guinea and tells us about the Korowai tribe, which was discovered in 1970 by missionaries. Until then, this tribe did not know of the existence of other people outside their culture. But the fact they live in houses in the trees is what emphasizes this tribe.

Constructed more than 30-mtr high, the access to the houses is done by climbing vines and stairways carved into the trunks, all literally built with their own hands. When the members of the tribe get married, the whole tribe unites to produce and offer what is the best gift that a new couple could have, a new house, on top of the tree. They all work hard because they know that when it’s their turn, they will be rewarded. Therefore, the wheel of life turns.
